On June 24, 2010, Capital Area Development Workforce Board Executive Director, Pat Sturdivant, State Personnel Director, Linda Coleman, and Pastor J. Jasper Wilkins, Jr., Sr. Pastor, Wake Chapel Church, participated in a ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand opening of the Life Enrichment Center’s JobLink Access Point.

Pastor Wilkins has been selected to receive an Award of Merit from Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. recognizing his significant contributions as an outstanding Pastor in the Raleigh area who promotes both spiritual uplift and economic empowerment in our church ministry. A public program has been designated to honor Pastor Wilkins and other outstanding men and women of the cloth on Monday, July 26, 2010 at 7:00pm in the evening at the Raleigh Convention Center Ballroom. This program is free and open for the general public to attend.
